A Little Bit About Us
Hi! We’re Donovan+Gilhooley, a Fort Worth design and advertising firm. We specialize in — among other things — web sites, logos, book design, posters, brochures, flyers, marketing, advertisements; and, what we like to call, “D—None of the Above” projects.
Saving the world, if need be. That sort of thing.
The creative guy at Donovan+Gilhooley is me, Scott Anderson, a onetime yankee-of-sorts, who’s been in Fort Worth — more or less — since 1978. Officially, I’ve been working in the graphic design, publishing and advertising industries since 1995. Unofficially, I’ve been making t-shirts, posters, books, stories, and music since the mid-1970s.
Before that, I mostly made messes.
Now I provide solutions. Everything I do professionally — and I do mean everything — I view as problem-solving. You either have a design problem, or a marketing problem, or an advertising problem. You need this information, in this space, to do “this.” My job, my goal, my reason for doing this, is to solve that problem. And make it pretty — not like those other guys.
